Investigating the effect of visiting the shrine of Imam Reza (AS) on the level of stress caused by Covid-19 in 1400

Abstract
History has proven that human societies have always been exposed to various pandemics of various diseases, such as plague, Spanish flu, smallpox, and most recently, Covid-19. Apart from discussing the complications and dangers of these diseases, especially Covid-19, the stress caused by contracting them changes human life more or less. Considering the effects of stress caused by Corona, this study tried to investigate the relationship between visiting the shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon him) and reducing stress caused by Corona. This descriptive and analytical study was conducted in 1400. The community under study were people who came to visit Imam Reza's shrine. The average stress of the participants before entering the shrine in the study was 40.1 ± 19.26 out of 100 units, and the average stress of the participants after entering the shrine was 38.33 ± 15.71. Despite the fact that this study has a relationship between It did not prove the significance between entering the shrine and reducing the stress caused by Corona, but in general, it can be said that entering the shrine and performing pilgrimage can reduce mental busyness, restlessness caused by Corona, increase concentration and do things correctly without worry. mental and even increase compliance with health protocols, which in general can be said that people who have come to visit Imam Reza's shrine (peace be upon him) have less stress caused by corona than before their visit.
