A young population and a dynamic and productive and efficient workforce are considered one of the main foundations of power and socio-economic growth and one of the important factors of the authority of countries. Current statistics indicate a decrease in the population growth rate and a doubling of the elderly population in South Khorasan Province.This article, which aims to identify the themes of the role of the media in implementing population policies with an emphasis on the communication style of Razavi (AS), is applied in terms of research results; qualitative and quantitative in terms of research implementation process; descriptive in terms of exploratory purpose; and cross-sectional in terms of time location.In terms of research results, it is applied; in terms of research implementation process, it is qualitative and quantitative; in terms of exploratory purpose, it is descriptive; and in terms of time position, it is cross-sectional. The results showed that the dimensions of media impact are: awareness-raising, belief-building, and cultural transformation in the language of art.In this regard, the study of Razavi's (AS) communication style showed that the discourse of the Eighth Imam is based on rationality, dignity, dialogue, and value-based persuasion, which has a high capacity for recreating discourse in the media.Since visual media, especially local radio and television, have a general audience, combining the above-mentioned components to influence the religious community, as well as people who do not appear to observe some principles but are inherently endowed with high spiritual intelligence, will double the power of the media.
